Livas Yoga Mats is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned for a full refund.
We offer Free Returns on all U.S. orders within 30 days of receipt (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico). Please note, we are not able to process exchanges at this time.

Please note all items are subject to inspection. The cost of shipping is non-refundable, and a $10 restocking fee may be applied to items that are returned damaged and not in original packaging. Due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.
If you experience a problem or are unsatisfied with the quality of a Livas Yoga Mats product, fill out a Returns Inquiry Form.
*Livas Yoga Mats does not cover the cost of return shipping for International Orders.
RETURN POLICY DETAILS
Yoga Mat Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. With our prior approval and proof of defective product, defective unopened product will be refunded or replaced at no charge.
Purchases made anywhere other than livasyogamats.com will require proof of purchase and a store credit will be applied to your account, no refund will be raised unless the item is deemed faulty.
If Livas Yoga Mats is requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned merchandise, we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.
Unauthorized Resellers
Please keep in mind all warranties and lifetime guarantees are voided if any products are purchased from unauthorized resellers on Amazon other than Livas Yoga Mats Yoga or Amazon.com. We are also unable to provide warranties for any items purchased through Ebay.
