Cleaning Methods

2 drops of dishwashing detergent with 4 bowls of water apply it on the mat, then clean with a dry cloth
For the dirty mat, use a cloth with detergent, clean it softly, then flush clean with water, suction and dry
For a very dirty mat, fill the bathtub with cold water, add a little bit detergent, scrub it with a cloth and douching.

“I finally bit the bullet and committed to buying a new yoga mat. This one stings the wallet, but it’s a classic case of ‘you get what you pay for.’ I immediately noticed a difference. I feel grounded standing on this mat. The material is far denser than the typical sticky mat I’ve been using for the last several years. I am doing a 30 days of yoga program, which is morphing into 60 days and this mat seems like it will hold up to daily at-home practice. Highly recommended! Super high quality!
